These Terms govern your use of TheQuickFastSolutions.co.uk(the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by Prophoenix Solutions Tech Ltd, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The contract between us

When you place an order, we'll send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch email confirming the items have left our warehouse. If we can't fulfil any part of your order, we'll refund you in full for that item.

2. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We accept the major credit and debit cards and common digital wallets displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

3. Product descriptions & images

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but small variations in colour, finish, and grain are normal, especially for handmade or natural-material pieces. If a product is materially different from its description, your statutory rights apply.

4. Availability

All items are subject to availability. We sometimes sell out of bestsellers; if that happens after you order, we'll let you know and refund the unavailable item.

5. Delivery

We ship across the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £50; otherwise a flat fee is shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days for standard orders. We're not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a full refund. Please see our full Refunds & Returns Policy for details and exceptions.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure. Let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to submit content that is misleading, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Prophoenix Solutions Tech Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

10. Our liability

We don't exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed the order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
