Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to genuinely love what you bought from us. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund. Here's how it works.
1. The 30-day window
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to return it. After we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–10 working days.
2. Condition of returns
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items returned outside these conditions, or to issue a partial refund reflecting any reduction in value.
3. Items we can't accept back
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Skincare, beauty, and personal-care products if the seal is broken.
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery.
- Made-to-order or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
4. How to start a return
Email us at our contact form with:
- Your order number.
- The name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
- A brief reason (helps us improve).
We'll reply within one working day with a return address and any instructions. Please don't send items back before getting our confirmation. We may not be able to track them otherwise.
5. Who pays for return postage?
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described: we cover return postage.
- If you've simply changed your mind: return postage is at your cost, and we recommend using a tracked service.
6. Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including original delivery and return postage) as quickly as possible.
7. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at the moment. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. That's the fastest way to make sure you don't miss out on stock.
8. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the refund may take a further 2–5 working days to appear in your account after we've processed it.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
